Evans Mountain was a town on Sphinx in the Star Kingdom of Manticore.
In February 1922 PD, when the space station HMSS Vulcan was destroyed during the Mesan Alignment's Operation Oyster Bay, a cascade of smaller debris and the town was badly damaged, though the death toll was much lower than either Yawata Crossing or Tanners Port. (HH12)
