Elijah Tebo was a Manticoran citizen and a non-commissioned officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer and was assigned as boatswain on HMS Charles Ward. In that year, he was aboard HMSS Hephaestus at the time of the Yawata Strike and was killed. (SI4)
