Cynthia "Cindy" Lecter was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
She was a trim blonde, and about thirteen centimeters shorter than Michelle Henke. Holding the rank of Captain (JG), she served as Admiral Gold Peak's chief of staff for Battlecruiser Squadron 106 and later the entire Tenth Fleet. (SI2)
