Collin Detweiler was a Mesan citizen and a member of the Detweiler family, which secretly controlled the Mesan Alignment.
The cloned "son" of Albrecht Detweiler[1], he was the Alignment's director of intelligence operations. (SI2)
He was married to Alexis Detweiler, and had several children.
Collin was severely injured when the blast wave hit his apartment after angry seccy dissident David Pritchard detonated a nuclear device in Pine Valley Park in Green Pines during Victor Cachat's and Anton Zilwicki's attempt to smuggle two defectors off of Mesa. His family remained unharmed. (CS2)
