Chien-Lou Zhou was an Andermani citizen and an officer in the Abteilung III, the Andermani Empire's Department of Intelligence.
He was the son-in-law of Admiral Gotthold Riefenstahl, Graf von Basaltberg.
In 1544 PD, he held the rank of Major and the position of Director of Silesian Operations. In that capacity, he masqueraded as Captain Kane of the SMS Hamann, an Andermani freigher encountered by HMS Casey in the Silesian Confederacy. (MA3)
