Case Fabius[1] was a contingency plan of the Solarian League Navy.
It authorized commissioners of the Office of Frontier Security to arrange Frontier Fleet peacekeeping operations which would "accidentally" destroy any locally owned orbital infrastructure within any protectorate star system whose local authorities proved unable to maintain order[2]. (HH12)
