Callum was a Loomis citizen and a member of the Unified Public Safety Force.
A twenty-year veteran holding the rank of Sergeant in 1922 PD, he served as a reconnaissance drone operator during the campaign against the Loomis Liberation League. He aggressively ordered kinetic strikes from orbit after several friends of his were killed in the early days of the uprising. (SI3)
