Bynum Proctor was a Manticoran citizen and a non-commissioned officer of the King's Own Regiment.
In 1878 PD, he held the rank of Sergeant and served in the Royal family's security detail. Then-eleven-year-old Crown Princess Elizabeth had a crush on him, a fact she was mercilessly teased about by her father, King Roger III. (Companion)
