The Bureau of Psychology or BuPsych was a branch of the Royal Manticoran Navy under the auspice of the Bureau of Medicine.
From 1903 PD to 1904 PD, Captain Honor Harrington underwent therapy under the supervision of Captain Harding, following the traumatic events she went through at Yeltsin's Star. Harding sent his reports to BuMed and to the Commanding Officers Board where they were eventually read by Admiral Hamish Alexander. (HH3)
