Bruce Jeffers was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander, he was in command of the destroyer HMS Javelin and fought in the Battle of Monica. He was killed when his ship was destroyed. (SI1)
