Brandon Ward was a Mesan citizen and the Chief Executive Officer of the General Board, making him the official head of the Mesan government in the early 20th Century PD.
He was tall and athletic, with fair hair, gray eyes and a strong chin. He kept himself fit by playing handball. (CS3)
