Bolgeo was a Manticoran citizen and a petty officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
He was a native of Liberty Crossing on the planet Gryphon. Serving as a Petty Officer First Class aboard HMS Hydra, he was the engineer in HMLAC Cutthroat. By that time, his record was almost as distinguished as that of Horace Harkness.
Bolgeo was killed when Cutthroat was destroyed. (HH9)
