Blohm was an Andermani citizen and an officer of the Imperial Andermani Navy.
Holding the rank of Commodore, he was in command of the Andermani forces in the Sachsen System of the Silesian Confederacy. He promised Honor Harrington of the Royal Manticoran Navy to send a squadron of warships to support her fight against Andre Warnecke. (HH6)
