Bhaltair was a male Hypatian Mountain Hound owned by Colonel Kirsten MacChrystal of the Loomis System Unified Public Safety Force.
He was about four years old in the early 1920s PD, and was present when his owner was assassinated with a pulser during a jogging trip in Hendry Park. (SI4)
