The Battle of Lake Champlain

The Battle of Lake Champlain, also known as the Battle of Plattsburgh, was a battle between the forces of the United States and the Kingdom of England during the War of 1812.

In 1903 PD, Honor Harrington thought Oliver Perry was the commander of the US Forces at Lake Champlain, but it was actually the Battle of Lake Erie, which took place during the same war on another of that series of lakes. (HH2)
