He held the office of an undersecretary of the interior until he was assassinated by the Audubon Ballroom[1]. (CS4)

Additionally, the Ballroom removed his right hand and left it behind with this severed hand holding a data chip onto which Albescue had recorded his sexual exploits that included abusing slave children.
